Arrival Time - Departure Time
Check-in time at our hotel is 14:00 (2:00 pm) and Check-out time is 11:00, which you will be informed of at the time of booking. Also, at the time of booking we cannot confirm in advance Early Arrival, or Prolonged Departure for a specific day, as this depends on the availability of the hotel for that day. The only way to ensure Early Arrival, or Prolonged Departure in your room (subject to hotel availability) is to let us know one day in advance of your arrival, or prior to your departure, to avoid misunderstandings.
Changes
To change the days of your stay, the client must contact the appropriate department of the hotel in good time.
If the client wishes to limit his stay after arriving at the hotel, he / she is charged 50% of the total cost of the overnight cancellation.
If you wish to reduce the number of nights or rooms from 20 to 10 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged an additional 50% of the reduced nights.
If you wish to reduce the number of nights or rooms from 10 days prior to your arrival to the day of your arrival, you will be charged an additional 100% of the reduced nights.
Cancellation of reservation
If the client wishes to cancel their reservation, he or she should contact the appropriate department of the hotel in good time.
The client reserves the right to cancel his reservation at any time with the following penalties:
Cancellation costs
If canceled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified up to 19 days before date of arrival, a fee of 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
Prolonged Departure Charges
Prolonged stay (subject to hotel availability) until 18:00 (6:00 pm) is charged 50% of the room rate for the room in question. Prolonged stay after 18:00 (6:00 pm) is charged 100% of the room rate for the room in question.
Pets
Our hotel is pet friendly. Should you be traveling with pets, please let us know in advance. Additional charges may be incurred in accordance with a management decision
Early Departures
Early departures are treated as cancellations, whereby they are charged 100% of all bookings for the period from 1 December to 28 February, or 50% of all bookings for the remaining period.
Minimum overnight stay
During the high season, the term "Minimum Stay" may be applied in accordance with the judgment of the hotel administration, and you will be informed of this during booking.
Children and extra beds
Free! Children under 3 years stay free of charge.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 10 per night and person in an extra bed.
